In an effort to attract a wide range of participants including school-age students and younger adults, we try very hard to keep registration fees as low as possible. This is done in part through sponsorship from funders. If you know of anyone else keen to sponsor the school or individual attendees, please get in touch!
2026 Registration Fees
Adults: $240 (early bird $220) catered
Students: $190 (early bird $180) catered
Catered Fees cover: All musical workshops & Friday evening nibbles, Saturday morning & afternoon tea and dinner (not lunch), and Sunday lunch and post-concert snack.
Non-catered options also available.
Please advise any dietary or medical requirements or considerations at registration;
this helps us better provide an inclusive, enjoyable, and safe experience for all participants.
Each year the Bay of Plenty Music School provides a small number of scholarships to assist students to attend this Music School which they might not otherwise be able to afford. More information is on our Scholarship page. Please note that students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
